Opening Hours
Please be aware that the practice is closed Thursday 25th December and Friday 26th December, Thursday 1st January and Friday 2nd January. We are otherwise open our usual hours. NHS Lanarkshire Out of Hours will provide General Medical Services during these periods. Tel 08454 24 24 24
Medical Students
Thank you to all patients who have been involved with the teaching of our Medical Students over the past couple of months. We have had a lot of very positive feedback from patients and as always are keen to hear your opinions.
Ethnicity Questionnaire
The Health Board have requested that we collect data regarding our patients Ethnic Status and the need for translators. We have been handing out questionnaires at the reception desk with regard to this and thank you for taking the time to complete the form.
Protected Learning 2009
The practice will be closed from 1pm on the following dates for NHS Lanarkshire teaching purposes. NHS Lanarkshire Out Of Hours will provide General Medical Services.
